CRM Insights Director

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of CRM capabilities, the full-time remote CRM Insights Director will manage the evolution of the corporate CRM system from a manual entry platform to an integrated, insights-driven data solution, while overseeing day-to-day administration and user adoption of Salesforce.com.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution for evolving the CRM system into an embedded data solution that integrates with Legends' data ecosystem
• Define the long-term vision for CRM insights, focusing on reducing manual data entry through automated data flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations and AI tools that enhance data quality and reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce.com as an administrator, developer, or manager
• Proven track record in leading data or systems migration initiatives towards an integrated data ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with AI-based tools and some coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
