CRM Integration Architect
Job Summary
To support large-scale digital initiatives, the CRM Integration Architect will design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures and lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives in a flexible hybrid/remote arrangement after initial onsite onboarding in Madison, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across various clouds and custom solutions
- Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives and integration architecture strategies
- Optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and develop AI-driven customer engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration Patterns
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and integration orchestration
- Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Excellent technical leadership skills and stakeholder engagement experience
