Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the CRM Integration Specialist will manage the review and enhancement of the Zoho product suite implementation, focusing on developing action plans, executing system updates, and creating thorough documentation for the Office of Business & Entrepreneurship.
Key responsibilities
- Review the current implementation of the Zoho product suite and identify critical issues
- Develop and execute action plans to update and adjust the Zoho systems
- Create comprehensive documentation, processes, and procedures for the Zoho environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience with the Zoho product suite, specifically CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
- 3+ years of experience with Deluge scripting language for customizations in Zoho
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript for designing and implementing Zoho customizations
- 3+ years of experience building XML files based on defined standards
