Job Summary

To support the Office of Business & Entrepreneurship, the part-time CRM Integration Specialist will review and enhance the Zoho product suite, develop action plans for system improvements, and collaborate with leadership to document processes, working approximately 20 hours per week in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and analyze the current Zoho product suite implementation to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute action plans to update, test, and implement system enhancements
  • Collaborate with leadership to document processes, procedures, and system configurations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations using Deluge scripting language
  • Experience with JavaScript for customizing Zoho applications
  • Ability to build and manage XML files based on defined standards
