Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Manager to execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign development, including strategy, segmentation, and reporting
  • Manage the CRM tech stack, ensuring campaign compliance and improving workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a high-growth DTC or subscription-based environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Iterable
  • Detail-oriented project manager with a strong bias for execution
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
  • Passion for user experience and creating impactful customer touchpoints
