Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Manager to drive retention marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM strategy focused on retention KPIs, reducing churn, and reactivating lapsed users
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing insights and reporting for strategic adjustments
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement and oversee promotional setups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in the casino gaming or social gaming industry
- Proven experience in executing and scaling CRM campaigns
- Proficiency with CRM tools and experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
