Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Manager to drive retention marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM strategy focused on retention KPIs, reducing churn, and reactivating lapsed users
  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing insights and reporting for strategic adjustments
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement and oversee promotional setups
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the casino gaming or social gaming industry
  • Proven experience in executing and scaling CRM campaigns
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
