A company is looking for a CRM Manager to oversee and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage customer-led Email, SMS marketing campaigns, and automation programs
• Assist in managing a small team of email coordinators and foster their professional growth
• Monitor campaign performance and build weekly reports to assess effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Email Marketing experience
• Experience with leading clients through an ESP launch process
• Klaviyo experience preferred
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape with experience in multi-channel digital propositions
• Experience designing complex automated flows based on customer behavior
