A company is looking for a CRM Manager to oversee and implement effective CRM campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement customer-led Email, SMS marketing campaigns, and automation programs
• Supervise a small team of email coordinators and foster their professional growth
• Analyze campaign performance and maintain relationships with venue clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Email Marketing experience
• Experience with leading clients through an ESP launch process
• Familiarity with Klaviyo is preferred
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape with experience in multi-channel digital propositions
• Experience in designing complex automated flows based on customer behavior
