Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Manager to enhance user journeys across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience, with 3+ years in CRM and/or loyalty marketing preferred
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end user journey experiences across web and mobile
  • Experience in collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Engineering leaders
  • Expertise in marketing UX best practices across various platforms
  • Strong project planning and time management skills
