Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Manager to join their Retention Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across various channels
  • Manage and support CRM Associates by assigning work and providing coaching and feedback
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement and retention performance
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, Attentive)
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring CRM Associates
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and journey automation
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and test results
