Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop acquisition and retention strategies for multiple DTC clients
  • Oversee the email production process, ensuring effective omni-channel strategies
  • Coach and mentor CRM Analysts while providing final QA on team deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Advanced experience with campaign management tools, preferably Klaviyo
  • Experience with CRM technologies outside of Klaviyo
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field is desired
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
