Job Summary
To support a growing CRM division, the full-time CRM Manager will manage client relationships and develop acquisition and retention strategies for over six direct-to-consumer clients, while also mentoring CRM Analysts and ensuring cohesive omni-channel marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and implement best-in-class acquisition and retention strategies across multiple DTC clients
- Oversee the end-to-end email production process, including ideation, design handoff, and deployment
- Evaluate reporting and provide analysis and recommendations to clients based on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry
- Hands-on experience with Braze and campaign management tools, primarily Klaviyo
- Experience in client relationship management and customer segmentation
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field is desired
