Job Summary

Owning lifecycle marketing for one or two verticals, the full-time remote CRM Manager will develop and implement comprehensive strategies, build high-performing campaigns, and optimize performance across email, SMS, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lifecycle strategies aligned with business objectives and validate campaign ideas before execution
  • Drive best-in-class standards in campaign messaging and design, ensuring a cohesive customer experience
  • Achieve revenue and performance goals while optimizing existing campaigns and sharing insights regularly
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of lifecycle/CRM experience, preferably in a D2C or comparison environment
  • Strong creative background with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a history of meeting deadlines
  • Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms is a plus
