Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Manager, Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Marketing and CRM campaign set-up and execution across email, SMS, and Push channels
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle strategies to drive customer lifetime value
  • Analyze data, provide reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in CRM and Marketing
  • Proven track record in developing and executing lifecycle strategies
  • Experience with email marketing best practices and industry standards
  • Experience using ESPs, familiarity with BlueShift is a plus
