Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Manager, Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational execution of client CRM marketing programs, overseeing deployment preparation and campaign monitoring
- Partner with CRM Strategy Managers to translate campaign strategies into operational deployments
- Build and maintain customer journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while monitoring campaign performance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, particularly in CRM or omnichannel campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey configuration and campaign deployment
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with compliance knowledge related to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and HIPAA
