Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Manager, Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational execution of client CRM marketing programs, overseeing deployment preparation and campaign monitoring
  • Partner with CRM Strategy Managers to translate campaign strategies into operational deployments
  • Build and maintain customer journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while monitoring campaign performance
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, particularly in CRM or omnichannel campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey configuration and campaign deployment
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with compliance knowledge related to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and HIPAA
