CRM Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (iGaming).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies and automations to drive lead generation, conversions, and lifetime value
• Plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications
• Analyze CRM data to extract actionable insights and monitor campaign performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
• Experience with A/B testing and player segmentation techniques
• Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with Customer.io is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
