Job Summary

• Oversee calendar management for omnichannel communications including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App Messaging
• Execute and schedule campaigns while collaborating with clients on necessary edits and approvals
• Maintain communication logs and operational tasks, including setting meeting agendas and gathering data for reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, customer engagement, or account management
• Bonus: Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
