CRM Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and results-driven, the full-time CRM Marketing Coordinator will support the strategy and execution of email and SMS programs across client accounts, managing campaign briefing, production, quality assurance, and performance reporting while working remotely for a contract duration of 4-5 months.
Key responsibilities
- Write and traffic email and SMS briefs, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely feedback and delivery
- Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and flows within Klaviyo and other ESPs, implementing dynamic content and personalization
- Analyze CRM performance data, tracking key performance indicators and monitoring campaign functionality
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience or a related field
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP preferred
- Agency experience is a plus
- A track record of achievement with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
