Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle and CRM strategy, the full-time remote Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager will build and optimize customer retention initiatives across email, SMS, and loyalty programs while driving measurable business outcomes through strategic insights and targeted segmentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle strategies, including customer journey mapping and segmentation based on behavior and engagement
- Manage the end-to-end email program, including campaign planning, messaging, testing, and reporting to enhance customer engagement
- Oversee the activation and optimization of the Mixam Rewards program, focusing on member onboarding, reactivation, and loyalty-triggered journeys
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or e-commerce marketing with a focus on tangible results
- Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to independently develop and execute lifecycle or retention strategies beyond standard email campaigns
- Experience managing loyalty, rewards, or tiered customer programs effectively
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on creating clear and persuasive messaging that drives action
