Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle/CRM Marketing Manager to scale customer lifecycle communication journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive CRM strategy to optimize customer journeys and improve conversion rates
  • Manage a Lifecycle/CRM Sr. Specialist and oversee customer journey execution and stakeholder relationships
  • Analyze CRM performance data and provide actionable insights to influence marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing roles, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services
  • Strong hands-on experience with a leading Marketing Automation/CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Deep understanding of data analytics and campaign performance analysis
  • Expertise in audience segmentation and personalization tactics
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects from ideation to execution
