Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle/CRM Marketing Manager to scale customer lifecycle communication journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive CRM strategy to optimize customer journeys and improve conversion rates
- Manage a Lifecycle/CRM Sr. Specialist and oversee customer journey execution and stakeholder relationships
- Analyze CRM performance data and provide actionable insights to influence marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing roles, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services
- Strong hands-on experience with a leading Marketing Automation/CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Deep understanding of data analytics and campaign performance analysis
- Expertise in audience segmentation and personalization tactics
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects from ideation to execution
