Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own the monthly CRM content strategy and content plan
Write and adapt content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS for different segments and funnel stages
Build campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io, including QA before sending

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in CRM/lifecycle/email marketing
Strong content thinking with the ability to create conversion-driven messaging
Experience creating FOMO-based communication
Ability to think strategically and adapt messaging across segments
Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
