CRM Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel
• Set up effective promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns that drive growth, retention, and winback
• Collaborate on content strategy and drive the content creation process, working cross-functionally with copywriters and the design team to move projects forward

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in lifecycle email marketing or CRM, preferably in a startup context
• Previous experience with marketing automation software i.e. Iterable or Braze a must
• Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical ability, with a test and learn mentality
• Comfortable editing HTML
