CRM Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to execute and manage lifecycle communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and QA email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns in Braze
• Support recurring sends and maintain templates and content organization
• Pull performance metrics and assist in reporting and optimization efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 1.5-4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital execution roles
• Experience with Braze or similar email service providers
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
