Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute segmented, automated campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys, mapping touchpoints to improve the overall customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing roles
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Braze or Optimove is highly preferred
  • Experience in the Daily Fantasy Sports or gaming industry is preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance
