Job Summary

To support a growing self-serve advertiser base, the full-time remote CRM Marketing Specialist will manage the advertiser lifecycle, ensure CRM data quality, and automate outreach processes while driving measurable improvements in activation and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and improve automated programs for the advertiser lifecycle from signup to active spender
  • Ensure data quality across Salesforce and HubSpot, identifying and resolving issues independently
  • Set up recurring workflows and automate advertiser outreach to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle and CRM marketing
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of data layers
  • Ability to write SQL queries for large datasets to derive insights independently
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and email design
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in marketing metrics
