Job Summary

CRM Operations Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for executing automated email and push campaigns, managing CRM platform administration, and driving operational excellence within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy automated email and push campaigns, including audience segmentation and multi-step workflows
  • Implement personalization logic and ensure accurate campaign setup within the CRM platform
  • Develop and enforce best practices for CRM operations, maintaining quality assurance and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with a major email service provider, preferably Iterable or Braze
  • Strong experience in implementing personalization logic using user attributes and behavioral data
  • Solid understanding of data structures and segmentation logic for targeting audiences
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates
  • Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks for connecting marketing tools and data sources
