Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote CRM Operations Specialist will assist in the development, management, and optimization of email, push, and SMS marketing programs, focusing on promotional and transactional campaigns as well as automated and personalized customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with marketing teams to execute email automation and campaigns
- Manages email lists and segmentation, identifying opportunities for future campaigns
- Stays updated on email marketing best practices and contributes to innovative content planning discussions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C setting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management and segmentation
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActionIQ, Braze, or Attentive is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and responsive email best practices
