CRM Partner, Oncology

Job Summary

To support day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, the full-time Partner, CRM (Oncology) will manage configuration, user support, and data quality initiatives while collaborating with field users and analytics teams, with the option for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Support administration and configuration of the CRM platform, including user access and system settings
• Serve as the primary contact for field users regarding CRM-related questions and enablement efforts
• Monitor CRM data quality and assist in reporting and issue resolution in collaboration with analytics teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial operations, CRM support, or sales operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms in a field-based commercial environment
• Working knowledge of Veeva workflows and commercial reporting concepts
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams for system enhancements
