Job Summary
As a full-time CRM Product Owner, the successful candidate will manage the development and deployment of integrated solutions for Block's B2B business teams, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and automating processes across Sales, Professional Services, Account Management, and Partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Translate Go-To-Market executive strategy into operational feature sets and inspire creativity in solutions
- Consult with stakeholders to maximize the value of connected applications and manage project intake and prioritization
- Lead requirements gathering, document business processes, and leverage coding tools to develop and deploy technical solutions
Required qualifications
- BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant degree
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in building internal tools
- 5+ years of experience using Salesforce or similar tools for business automation
- Experience with agentic tools to facilitate the product management process from problem definition to production deployment
- Deep understanding of Go-To-Market systems and processes across Sales and Partnerships
