Job Summary
As a full-time CRM Product Owner, the successful candidate will manage the development and implementation of internal tools and systems for Block's B2B business teams, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and automating business processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Translate Go-To-Market executive strategy into operational feature sets and inspire creativity in solution design
- Consult with stakeholders to maximize the value of connected applications, including Salesforce, and guide training on new features
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business processes, and recommend technology solutions based on data analysis and business priorities
Required qualifications
- BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant degree
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on building internal tools
- 5+ years of experience using Salesforce or similar tools for business automation
- Experience with agentic tools for the product management process, from problem definition to deployment
- Deep understanding of Go-To-Market systems and processes across Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships
