Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Retention Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute CRM strategies to enhance adoption and activation of Ads and Promo products
  • Manage end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns, including collaboration with designers and copywriters
  • Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and share performance reports with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations
  • Familiarity with CRM technology and segmentation tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with campaign experimentation (e.g., A/B testing)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
