Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Sr Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM calendar and lifecycle journey plans to enhance user retention and lifetime value
  • Design, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns using Email, SMS, and Push notifications
  • Analyze and optimize customer journeys to improve user experiences and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or Email marketing, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, audience building, and marketing automation
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
