CRM Senior Specialist

Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, leveraging AI tools to enhance sales pipeline and reporting outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• Experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or equivalent
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools, with prompt engineering skills required
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field, or strong non-STEM candidates with a data track record
