Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, leveraging AI tools to drive measurable sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that connect outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and accounts expanded
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
