Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, utilizing generative AI tools and reporting on sales pipeline outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that integrate outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, ensuring VIP contact records are accurate and actionable

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• Experience in the B2B SaaS or tech services industry
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or equivalent
• Daily use of generative AI tools, with prompt engineering skills required
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
