CRM Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Solutions Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution workshops and develop detailed business, functional, and technical requirements
• Design and develop data, process, and software solutions that enhance and integrate with marketing technology stacks
• Evaluate and present solution designs, including implementation cost/effort and benefit estimates

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing technology and customer data solutions architecture experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect capacity
• Expertise with enterprise customer data, ESP, Ad Tech, and personalization technology
• Advanced data development skills in SQL, Python, and API integrations
• Experience with concept-to-launch solution design and execution of multi-channel digital marketing and CRM programs
