CRM Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design of scalable and integrated CRM solutions, the full-time CRM Solutions Architect will drive the technology vision for the organization's CRM platform while collaborating with internal teams and external partners, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives to meet diverse business needs across sales, marketing, and customer service
- Design end-to-end CRM architecture with a focus on integration with core enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Establish and champion the CRM technology roadmap, promoting the adoption of new platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect with expertise in large-scale CRM solutions
- Strong data modeling and relational database knowledge
- Understanding of best practices for integrating CRM platforms with internal and external applications
