Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to support and optimize data-driven lifecycle programs across all owned channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize data-driven lifecycle programs and customer journeys across all owned channels
- Develop and implement event-triggered, multi-step journeys tailored to customer data
- Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and support CRM initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a similar function
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Braze
- Working knowledge of event-based data models and segmentation logic
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
