Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize data-driven lifecycle programs and customer journeys across all owned channels
  • Develop and implement event-triggered, multi-step journeys tailored to customer data
  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and support CRM initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a similar function
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Braze
  • Working knowledge of event-based data models and segmentation logic
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
