Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to join their Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud using database management and data extensions
  • Optimize Salesforce reports and automations to monitor and enhance KPIs
  • Manage technical production and deployment activities for various email campaigns within SFMC
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Development and Administration
  • Marketing Cloud Certification is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results
