Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to join their Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud using database management and data extensions
- Optimize Salesforce reports and automations to monitor and enhance KPIs
- Manage technical production and deployment activities for various email campaigns within SFMC
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Development and Administration
- Marketing Cloud Certification is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results
