CRM Specialist

Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, utilizing AI tools to drive measurable sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms
• Daily use of generative AI and LLM tools, with prompt engineering skills required
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
