CRM Specialist

Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP audiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences while utilizing generative AI tools to enhance client relationships and drive revenue in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and accounts expanded

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech services industry
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or equivalent
• Daily use of generative AI tools, with prompt engineering skills required
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
