Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP audiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences while leveraging generative AI tools to enhance client relationships and drive measurable sales pipeline in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that integrate outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, ensuring accurate and actionable VIP contact records

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• Experience in the B2B SaaS or tech services industry
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or equivalent
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field, or strong non-STEM candidates with a data-focused track record
