Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships while utilizing AI tools to enhance sales pipeline outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• Experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or Reply.io
• Daily use of generative AI tools, with Claude preferred; prompt engineering skills required
• Experience with automation workflows using tools like Zapier or Make.com
• STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field; strong non-STEM candidates with data experience also considered
