CRM Specialist

Job Summary

Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships while leveraging AI tools to enhance sales pipeline outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
• Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that connect outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or equivalent
• Daily use of generative AI tools, with prompt engineering skills required
• Experience with automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, or Make.com
• STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field or strong non-STEM candidates with a data track record
