Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, utilizing AI tools to enhance sales pipeline effectiveness in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or Lemlist
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools, with a preference for Claude; prompt engineering skills required
- Experience with automation workflows using tools like Zapier or Make.com
- STEM or quantitative degree in relevant fields or strong non-STEM candidates with data experience
