Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, utilizing AI tools to generate measurable sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or equivalent
- Daily use of generative AI and LLM tools, with prompt engineering skills required
- Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
