Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships while utilizing AI tools to enhance sales pipeline outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Experience in the B2B SaaS or tech services industry
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or equivalent
- Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field, or strong non-STEM candidates with a data-driven track record
