Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, leveraging AI tools to enhance sales pipeline outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or Lemlist
- Daily use of generative AI and LLM tools, with prompt engineering skills required
- Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- STEM or quantitative degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Physics
