Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP audiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences, leveraging AI tools to enhance client relationships and drive measurable sales pipeline outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Develop and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that integrate outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or equivalent
- Daily use of generative AI tools, with a preference for Claude; prompt engineering skills required
- Experience with automation workflows using platforms like Zapier or Make.com
- STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field, or strong non-STEM candidates with a data track record
