Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences, leveraging AI tools to enhance client relationships and drive measurable sales pipeline outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that integrate outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or equivalent
